1 ski on a 30-40* slope is a little more impressive. Just saying😉

 

Speaking of riding for miles like that. Many years ago a group of us were getting bored on the long trail from West Yellowstone to Upper and Lower Messa Falls, if you have been there, you know where I mean. That ride is long by car in the summer and is a hwy closed in the winter. Anyway I was being dumb riding in my right ski only, was no too long before another in our group pulls up on my left riding on only his left ski! We could see fine and no other sleds we're out that early so we kept going and did a few attempts at touching the two skis in the air but luckily common sense took over reminding us how far from the rental center we were so we quit before bad things happened. (No don't do the dumb things I have done!)

Yeah when I trail ride in back of the pack I’ll one ski for a while on a “boring” trail

 

I could ride that this for miles

Actually, to bring the sled up on edge, you need to counter steer.
