I have a 26 rave 850 turbski on order and plan on ditching the stock 1 ply out with a rip II 1.5"... (plan on studding as well) Now that it's time to order i can't decide whether to do a rip II 1.5 OR hit it with a 1.25... primarily ride tug hill, old forge, locally if I can, and have a couple trips planned to the UP. I'm a 50/50 guy, if the area allows I'm always off screwing around in the deeper snow... I've had a 22 and 24 lynx as well.

I was just at the NH sled show today, 2025 Rave 850 Turbo there with the stock 1.5" IR, I gave it the old 2 finger exam, the track lugs are right there within an 1/8" of the protectors right behind the drivers, I think every Rave has rubbed and riders just don't realize it, I know Lynx knows about it, maybe it's just a non issue in there eyes, I damned near smoked mine clean off last year and have posted the pics of them.

I have also seen a few raves with rubbing issues with 1.5 lugs. Is it hit or miss for each set up? Track tension per sled and different tracks? Totally understand wanting a taller lug for goofin around on tug, near the windmills, goat paths, etc….
