So I downsized from a 2014 Neo 7x28 Inline trailer to a new R&R Hybrid Trailer.
Reason why? Just wasn't going on any trips where I needed all that trailer. Too many friends have gotten out of the sport for a variety of reasons.

R&R makes 2 hybrids, an 11 foot and a 12 foot.... I bought the 12 foot model which actually is a bit different than the 11 footer than just 1 foot longer. The last few feet of the rear of the trailer gradually lowers about 6 inches. Why?
So that the rear door is about 6 inches longer and the entry angle is less steep.
This trailer is being sold not just to snowmobilers but also motorcyclist's.
So they made it easier to drive in and back out.

The quality is superb!!! They built an excellent trailer! It is very solid and pulls like it isn't even there. I know a lot of people will think it's too much like a clamshell trailer, and I had a clamshell trailer in the past, but I was very amazed how different this pulled. As far as storage, after loading my Gade and the wife's 129" MXZ-X, we had plenty of room for all of our luggage, boots, cooler of libations, and tools.

If you go on their website you can see all the pics and specs. I ordered it with a side door on the passenger side in the rear. I also had them mount 2 spare tires, one on each side of the rear of the trailer. The trailer comes with 3 doors as standard equipment....front, rear, and a fuel door on the driver side. I wanted the 4th door to be able to easily look in the trailer and also get to the cooler.
The outside lights are LED's. There are 2 interior lights which are not LED's but do make the interior very bright.

The only thing I don't like is the 12" tires. Wish they were a bit bigger.... maybe even wider. They seem to pull just fine. I'll be looking into possible options just to see what is possible to make me feel better about them!

All in all I don't miss pulling that huge trailer I had around. It was an awesome trailer with all the bells and whistles, but I just didn't need it anymore.
This new trailer is really nice and will probably be my last!

eh....I have the same trailer. Front cargo hatch leaks, R N R says not THEIR defect but door MFG. Would not replace it or even sell me new door so I COULD FIX. Floor popping up from crappy screws. Weather seal on door does not align with side so no real seal. Wiring not all the way in protective plastic tube causing premature wear. Had to re-wire.

I pulled my buddy's 30' inline 7' wide Legend and it pulls better than my 12' RNR Arc. That thing is a kite behind you. I have a Durango with a Hemi so it is not about power. The trailer is a good deal but you better be handy because you will be working on this trailer.

Wished I would have bought a 19' Legend inline....

I pull mine with a 2017 Silverado 2500 with 6.6 diesel. I have a hard top tonneau cover, not a full cap... I don't even know it's there. Just drove 1200 miles with it and got better mileage than I did with my Neo 7x28 inline.

When I bought it I crawled under it and could not see any loose wiring or unprotected wiring. I just drove thru some of the most miserable white knuckle weather (they closed M41 & M28 from Marquette to Munising) and the trailer had no issues. The front door did not leak 1 drop. None of the doors leaked!

mxz601, sorry you are having issues. I know how that sucks when you pay thousands of dollars and then they don't back up their work. I did think about just getting a shorter inline but the price almost doubled doing so compared to this R&R.

I'll keep an eye on the doors and electrical and if things go south I'll let everyone know on here!

Thinking about it a bit further on why did I not just buy a shorter inline. I had a 7x19 R&R Inline sometime ago, so I knew fitting 2 sleds in would not be a problem.

But other things to consider are: a.) It takes up more parking space which at times is a pain to find. b.) You have 2 axles to worry about and brakes to deal with.

I had to buy 4 brake assemblies about every 2 years because the salt just ate them up on these trailers. Cost about $40 a wheel for the brake assemblies at my local trailer store.

c.) Tires....I use my trailers a lot....typically I replace tires every other year. So now I only replace 2 tires versus 4.

There were other 2 place hybrid trailers I did consider. Triton and ProLine for sure.

Unfortunately I didn't want to drive all the way to Maine for a ProLine and finding a TC-16 is tough....and both hybrids cost quite a bit more than this R&R Hybrid.

I purchased a 12' R & R hybrid this fall so I don't need to use my big trailer every trip, I really like this trailer, it was a good deal, is built nice and pulls great...My front door leaks, it is the door design, the door recesses into a frame, it really should have a t-moulding around the door edge so it overlaps the opening when closed, that would stop it from leaking.

I did change the wheel/jack to a heavier duty one with dual wheels that I got from e-trailer for $50 just for my own peace of mind...

Overall I would recommend this trailer to anyone...

So after nearly 4,000 miles put on this trailer this season I have no complaints and only praise!

The front door still doesn't leak!

Have had no electrical issues.

The 12" tires have not had any problems even cruising at 75 mph.

My mileage has been awesome and like I said earlier....I don't even know it's there. And I have driven in some God forsaken weather this season!

For $4,000 it was a bargain! Loading and unloading is really simple....and has plenty of room for gear as well. In the off season I'm going to mount some

hooks to hang our suits from, which will make it even more convenient.

Yup, I think R&R did well with this design!

I added some weather stripping and modified the latch system so that I don't need to use the locks (I use mine in the summer for ATV's). I don't have a picture how it turned out.

I also upgraded 13inch tires. I brought mine back to R&R a couple of years ago and they added additional support to raise it up 2 inches.
