Is there a way to make these switches work without the rocker switch? My hand warmer rocker fell out last winter. I swear you can still feel it click pushing on the button but it doesn't work. Anyone took it apart to figure out if you can do it without the rocker?

Stab it with a screw driver or something primitive like that? My hand warmers are on almost full blast so I'd like to turn them down a bit lol

I am able to get the M S rocker to work by just holding it in place. Of course the second I let go it falls out

Yeah I wish I still had the switch that fell out. Unfortunately it's gone forever. Back to the earth.

I liked the toggle switches on the dash line my old 2011 xrs had. Low off and high. That's all I need. Pretty fool proof.

If anyone has one of those m/s buttons kicking around thats busted and you dont want it anymore, shoot me a message.

I would like to get my hands on one and see if I could replicate it, 3d print it, and we could have a repair for these buttons.

My wifes sled is missing the m/s button, and I cant find it or I would use that to try and recreate one!

C&S Enterprise in Gaylord, MI has them. I've rebuilt a couple of these switches using them.

"Blazin... do you have any more details to share about the switches?
More pictures will be posted tonight. Comes assembled with the springs and base that snaps into the control board. M/S, grip, and throttle switches available. I will also sell the base and springs separately if you still have your original cover that you would like to re-use. Comes with detailed installation instructions. Does not come with the plastic shuttle that contains the contactor and bearing. This will need to be re-used and should still be in the broken switch base.

Free shipping.
$30 for one complete assembled switch.
$18 for the base and springs

Nice work! Are these 3D printed or you found a supplier?

I think that you need to contact a DooTalk moderator ASAP for directions to become a sponsor. There are no hefty cost that I am aware of, but to sell stuff you still need to be a sponsor like all the others who do on DooTalk. I think you offer an interesting product that you seem to obviously know will become in demand after the hottest months of July in August for those sleds that are stored in a black trailer under the hot sun.

New to group and new SkiDoo owner. I just picked up a 13 mxz x 600 with the M/S switch problem. I ordered a new housing from the dealer but the plug is larger on the new unit than the original. Still has the same 3 wire colors but in a different order. I am fine with cutting off the connector and soldering the old one on but seems odd that I would have to do that for such a premium price. The plug connector is under the handle bar pad. Super easy, no need to take off the hood as others have mentioned. Am I missing something?

Call Mickey's in Midland and see if they have a used part if you don't want to spend the money.

Is your 2013 MXZ X 600 an E-TEC? Was the order for the switch control block made for the same model and year?

I apologize for answering your question with two more. Due to part swaps and conversions, it is really important to ensure we get the details. With a picture sent to the dealer, I think they can work it out. If not, then as a group we can do this as well.
