Been looking at enclosed inline trailers. Plan on purchasing a 7 x 23’. Looking at many brands - Lightning, Mission, Legend, Stealth and Neo.

Lightning seems to have the best price with similar features. Am I missing something? Are Lightning good trailers? Any first hand experience with warranty or issues?

Or tell me why I should consider a certain brand?

They are made by Forest River. Good average quality trailer IMO. I'd probably go with Neo if Neo's are the same price, they seem to be good innovators. Or I'd go with R&R if R&R's are cheaper. More bang for your $$ there. The Legends are way overpriced IMO, a lot more money for a slightly nicer trailer. The best part about a trailer is the features or options. Make it work for you. They are all just aluminum boxes on wheels.

They will build what you want... Add height, add mid length. Love mine extra 6" extra height PSDS! Moved interior light location, Mini 110-v system and on and on.... They will do what you ask. Customer service best around!

Very happy with my R&R as well. Just wish I would have went 7X23 as opposed to the 7X21 I have. When I pull 3 sleds in it is like a circus act trying to walk around inside the trailer. Not much room and the 2 FT extra would make a huge difference. That said 9hrs is a haul and you would probably use the savings in gas.

FYI coming from a aluminum 8.5x20 lightning. i just bought a new 7.5x23 legend explorer, worth every penny. a NEO NASX is MORE expensive than an equal size Legend Explorer and not as nice imo. You really have to know what you plan to haul and what you want out of a trailer, cross member spacing, door opening dimensions, extra features...ect.

Where are you located? Planning to buy new or used? Just watch out for dealer fees and bs, it can really add up.
