I've bought them from Crankshop in the past year. Check them out in the carb parts section.

This is on the assumption that a 2001 Formula Deluxe 600 uses Mikuni Rack carbs.

 

gasket material works fine too. Xacto knife it out. Use the old one to kind of piece the shape. If you don't have the old one, use the float bowl to make the impression on the gasket material and cut to size.

 

Oh wait, the round rubber type? You mean O ring that fits into the plug?

Just go to a hardware store and pick up some O-Rings.

 

No it's the float bowl. But the gasket is round rubber that fits in a channel.
I cut out a gasket with a knife and I think it will work.

Yes Actually! Dealer said it was discontinued. Just got off the phone with Jaycox and they do not have it. So Close!!!

The gasket material is made for gas - rubber type or something.

 

Yeah I don’t think you’re going to have a good outcome with any type of silicone sealant or gasket maker product. Potentially introducing stuff that could plug the jets and burn the engine down. I think Doobidoo has your answer. There has to be another manufacturer using those carbs.

 

Polaris 3130861 may work. Try going to an AC or Pol dealership and see if it matches.

You had the winning post! fits perfectly just cut off the round ring! The dealer even had it in stock which is rare. I don't deal with carbs much anymore as I have gone to all newer sleds besides this one. You would think the guys at the dealer counter would have mentioned to bring in the bowl and try to match up to something they had in stock. Oh well.
