How much work?

How much work is involved in changing pistons in a 600 SDI? I am unconfortable with the stock pistons and rings. How do I go about changing them?

Hardest part is the needle bearings. Get the caged ones to make it easy on yourself. You will also need a new base gasket and a torque wrench. Siphon out as much anti-freeze throught the bottle to make less of a mess. Also find a friend that knows how to do these things and some
