I'm going to pull my secondary apart for rebuilding & was thinking about getting high torque rollers for the secondary clutch. In the past I have used the rollers doo sells, & seem to get a season or more out of there rollers. Typically I put about 3000 miles a year on my 2009 TNT 1200 , I've got about 9500 miles on the sled & it's now got the 2nd set of rollers looking like they should be replaced. Do the high torque rollers seem to last any longer or have any advantage over the stock rollers doo uses????

Thanks for the information, I forgot to say my sled does have a Cudney kit installed in it , so it's using a compression spring.Looks like I'll need to go shopping ,I was thinking of ordering them from C & T Power Sports as they have these parts as well some other things my sleds need because of mileage on it.I'm looking at bushings for the front A arms,as well as the brace kits for the arms. It seems like the place to buy them as I can get them all from the same place & save a bit on the shipping. Is this the place to buy them from, it looks like they are a sponsor of this site & would like to support a doo-talk sponsor??

I have approximately 2500 miles on my high torque rollers-09 ETEC. I'd buy them again. Yes Chris @ C&T Power Sports is a great guy to deal with. He normally ships the same day, stands behind his product and will be happy to answer any questions. I've ordered many things from him and have never had a bad experience.

I have to agree about buying from Chris at C&T. Bought clutch tools ect. from him 3 or 4 different times, great place to deal with, he does ship same day. High torque rollers are in my 09 renegade now. Nothing but great reviews on them

I was looking around at a few different sponsors & see Grip N Rip sells 2 different type of high torque rollers, the one type called " super torque" high torque rollers & the other is the standard high torque roller , which type are most guys ordering??? I'm thinking the standard high torque should be fine for my application, whats your thoughts ??????

The Super Torque Rollers are no longer made. The company says that the standard hi torque are plenty strong enough and stopped making the Super Torque.

I called to order a set from him last year and actually had me order them direct from hi-torque being they are made in BC, Real stand up guy to tell me this to save on shipping, May be more beneficial for you to deal with Chris on multiple item though.

Btw I got 3000kms on mine and no issues!

supers are black/gray and HT are red/orange

I don't think the supers are so super. Perhaps the reason they are no longer made?

I destroyed a Grey set of supers in less than 2000 miles on my stocker with only header and PB80 kit. Have a set of Hi-Torque/orange in there now and they seem to be holding up better.

Here's a pic of the grey supers coming apart just under the stainless washer.

oh oh......I think I'm just a little over due with replacing these. Ours are originals still with....gulp.....20k and 22k miles on them. I hope I don't have any damage, never noticed anything wrong though.
