I finally found the relay box. It is located just under the top console and out of reach. Impossible to change if not in a heated garage.
You must remove: Windshield, glovebox, consiole plate, headlight plugs, intake air attachment, breather tube in the intake rubber sleeve. Then the entire hood. Utube shows how to do this.
The relay box is different from the fuse box. It is about 8 inches long and about 3 inches wide. There are 6 relays in it if you have electric reverse. To remove the box, pry up the plastic push pin on the right side. Then slide the box toward you to remove. The wire bundle is long enough to relocate box. I relocated it to alongside the fuse box with two tie wraps.
If you have manual reverse, you only have 4 relays located in the fuse box.
It took me about two hours labor to finish relocating the box. The hardest part is reinstalling the hood. An extra set of hands would help, don't forget to put the breather back in the intake tube. It is hard to get your hand in there. I used a extra long pilers to reach it.
We solved the starting relay freeze failure problem by: Once you start your sled in the morning, do not shut it off. Once the sled is warm, get on and ride. Don't shut it down until the first pee or smoke break. The relays will then be heated enough to remove any moisture that causes them to freeze and fail.
