Needed to make a tool to replace the rollers in a Lads secondary so I whipped up a tool in 15 minutes with no welder required.
Looked around the shop and found that an old jack I don't use anymore had a perfect size handle ( 1 1/4" ) so I cut it in a 45 degree angle .
All you need is a length of 1/2" all thread and 2 1/2" nuts ..( I used a self locking on the inside.) and a couple washers. Once you slip it in the end of the shaft just tighten the outer nut and it takes a grip.
The peice of pipe is just a chunk of exhaust pipe that I made my clutch spring compressor out of but you could use pvc pipe and a bigger washer .
Works slick .
