Just changed my stock headlight bulbs to the Alpha LED bulbs (H13) by SII and what a huge difference in lighting! I had been reading the various opinions between SII and Beam-techs and felt like I would take a chance on the more expensive SII bulbs. I am so impressed with the increased performance of the headlights. For an aging rider with not so young eyeballs, these lights are a much welcomed improvement. I have now ordered a set for my 2007 Skidoo Legend. No more yellow lights for this rider!

I haven't hear of any electrical issues with the Sii from all the threads I've read, thats why I went with them. When I ordered my sled I asked if LED lights were an option and one of the guys over the counter said if you install the LED after markets they could cause

some interference..so far so good...looking for a piece of wood to knock on..lol

Anyone have any issues with fouling plugs and/or starting issues with the alpha Sii lights?

I see some of the other ballasts and lamps could be causing issues with ecm and electrical interference.

From a durability standpoint yes! My 2's had a driver fail? 3's seem better and no issues in 550 miles so far. As for the bright light aspect I definitely like the 3's but I have a bud that has Beamtech's in his and we're hard pressed to tell difference other than his wallet has left over cash vs what I spent for 3's???? seriously we both like them both.

Just ordered my second set of bulbs from SII. My 2016 XS has a set and they are super, so I just ordered a set for my 2019 G4.

I talked about trying the silverstar bulbs but I decided to just get what works instead of screwing around with other options.

Thanks for the installation pictures. One picture is worth a thousand posts.

Someone posted a question about cost of these bulbs. Shipped to my house $167.00 US

Mine went in without issue and fit great. Couldn't be happier. Great light output, and OK pattern. I think its probably the best pattern we can expect from a LED bulb in a Halogen lens.

I had to adjust mine up at first, but looking back my rear preload was set higher at the time.
