Can't help you on this particular model, just a side note to say I think their customer services is absolutely amazing. I have 3 509 helmets in my house now and they've been great and they stand behind their product.

 

I have the first gen altitude and love it except for the wind noise. They have those side vents that just blow your ear drums out, I ended up plugging them with silicone and was much happier. But now i see the 2.0 has high ventilation and low ventilation (no side vents).

 

I might end up going with one of these, since all the helmets i liked are dropping snell certifications. Might aswell go carbon fiber.

 

Same issue with me. Had an Evolution that fit great and was an all around decent helmet. Bought an Altitude and I also find my chin is exposed and hangs under the helmet. The wind noise is also terrible, had to plug the 2 side vents to make it quieter.
