Is it possible to covert the summit xp left hand controls to the xm summit controls? Looking to make my handlebars less bulky like the xm is.

Absolutely!
You'd just have to figure something with the warmers. XMs have those controlls at the base of the handlebars.
Couple pictures of what I did to my XP. The one with the switches on the side worked better, but I should've put them on the other side. Awkward with the choke lever, and having to reach over

Also dirt bike kill switches work awesome for both the kill switch and rer switch.
Personally I don't like that overpriced billet crap, but it is worth getting OEM ones from a dirt bike store.
The cheap eBay ones I started with just didn't last.
I've ran this type of kill switch on every sled I've owned since. I'll never go back to the Doo kill switch

Where do you source the aftermarket switches?

Any automotive supplier.
The rockers didn't work well, because space limited me to a smaller switch which couldn't handle the current.

The conventional toggle (bat style) switches were Cole Hersee, with condoms.
Any good quality switch with a condom would work though

Ajellis12, does your sled use a Hi/Low type toggle switch, or a momentary type switch to raise/lower the output through the Gauge Cluster?
