I just reciently have been converting my 03 121" REV into a 136" longtrack.

I have the Tracks USA 136" rail extensions and would like to install the 8" billet wheels (if possible the ones with the colored rubber). The track is only studded on the inside due to people saying the outside studs will destroy the rubber on the wheels.

What do I need to purchase to complete the installation?

you shouldnt have to buy anything else but you should buy new bearings for the billet wheels, unless they already have them, one problem you might run into is the bigger wheels may put to much tension on your track so you may have to move your suspension 1 inch forward by drilling new holes. to much tension and you have defeated the purpose of the wheels by robbing h.p. due to the track tension. you should also make sure your studs will clear at bottom out, as the wheels raise the track. i have only done this without an offset axle, so check that out also.

you need an offset axle, or rail extensions that are made to accept 8" rears. www.mountainmachines.com has the rail extensions made for 8" wheels. ski
