Something tells me this is going to be a long thread

IMHO the wiescos are just fine I run them in my F8 & F9 but they do expand faster than cast pistons so they require a good warm up before "getting on it"

wiseco pistons are aslo forged, so if you ever wanted to put a healthy shot of spray to your motor wiseco is the way to go. Also keep in mind the OEM pistons are weighted different than aftermarket so if you replace one you should definately use OEM. Also Rotax pistons no mater what size...standard, .10 over, .20 over all weigh the same, so you can keep the motor balanced better should you only need to replace one piston. MOST aftermarket pistons are not this way, Generally the larger the displacement the heavier the piston.
never had succes with wiseco pistons but i only been rebuilting engines for the last 22years from now so,take it like you which.for me,wiseco are performance pistons and are made for 660ft fast but not made to last long.that`s my opinion and i respect all others.more ride and less whrench!!!!!

BENOINT PERFORMANCE use wisecos
Not trying to be a smart "edit for bad language", but how many trail motors does Benoit build.........just curious? I've always associated them with race motors.
1 bad 800 if those wisecos can stand up in that application they should be dam good for the trail

we have had them in a ps 1000 for 2 years on the dirt

they are in a imp 800 for 3 years on the dirt

i ran them in my stock 800 in the dirt 2 years and for a year on the snow

take this info and do what you wish with it
