Just wondering if these part numbers will fit as they are longer and look more beefy than the consumer tunnel liners

518323334
518323335

the consumer ones are less than 13 bucks while 34 they are different in design so I do they fit in the footwells? or not thanks for your reply's guys,

C'mon guys nobody knows?? Well does anybody know if the foot rails are wider on the 440 race sleds?? if they are the same width I would think they should fit right??
i belive thoes are off the 440 race sled and are $33 each according to ingles prefromance part fich.

the ones that i got for my 2 sleds are the ones off the x pagkage sleds

right 518323307 $13
left 518323309 $13

i belive there is no diffrance but i could be wrong i its you call check the part # before you buy them the part # are off a 2005 mxz x 800

and go to home depo and get 3/16 rivits i forgent the length

there is a huge difference the 440- ones are longer and by at least 4 inches if not more my concern is the width of them. If you go to REv baron gallery and check out the ones on his sled being it is a 440 chassis I know the others are less expensive but I am kinda working backwards I bought the least expensive sled I could find as a new leftover with the 600 HO I wanted and now and putting on the reinforcments for the 440 already ahve a good set of front shocks next year when money allows will be the the rear but the reinforcments are pretty cheap jsut some take more time to put in than others.
I tried the 440 ones on a regular rev in 2004 and they didnt fit, the traction teeth punched in the tunnel had a different pattern from the 440 to the consumer revs.
Now we are getting somewhere thx ednpatty I would like to get the beefier ones but don't want to have to bend down all the teeth on the rail seems like it would weaken it more to pound the crud out of it to pu tthe 440 ones on istead of just getting the consumer ones, Thx.
seen those and have visited your gallery and have ordered some do you suggest only the ones under or do the top sides help as well??

This is a pic of what he is talking about for the X sled:

You can also get these on ebay for $50-$60 bucks if you don't want to goto a skidoo dealer. The guy is doubling his money every time someone buys them!
Here is a 440X brace and you can see where the teeth are.

THx steve I may try and see what I can doo with them the pic steve posted and if you follow the link above that cheif posted you will see why I would like to get the 440 ones looks how much longer they are they just look like they would give more support than the consumer ones. If I had the money for 2 sleds I would have got a 440 and swapped out the motor and electronics.
Chuck - I was going to post that he should check out the ROX treads too, but after looking at their website I didn't see anything offered for the REV...

so even tho they are just flat pieces they are stronger than the ones that go up the tunnel, or is that with the 440 underside brace and the rox? I won't be doing any 20 high jumps Well on purpose anyways but do like the occasional 8-10 foot in the air and glide through the air. Also like to pound the moguls and that can get pretty harsh standing on the boards. I could always trim them if they were too fat from the zx I am not afraid to modify things but like them to look nice when I am done.
Get the steel black braces like I mentioned....those do the most for you.

Then you can get the natural std tunnel braces for added strength.

The tunnel ones run $10/each....it's been posted many times.
Don't spend the $50 on the color ones.
yup I have the numbers saved for the replacment part they are way les expensive and a want to stick with the natural color anyway thx all for the responces. Hey rev when I put the underside ones on do I wait till I have the upper ones on your does the topside runners fit good with the rivets under them?? Don't wan te big gap if the rivets are going to stick out too far from the ones on the underside. THx again
