2014 800R Etec. My antifreeze is a bit low. It looks like it's pink. Tha manual says to use Ethyl Glycol or coolant meant for aluminum engines. Wondering what to use. I have some Dexcool is that okay?

Go to the dealer and buy the skidoo coolant. FYI, mine always looks low, if I top it off it will eventually find its way to be low but stay there. Maybe mark your tank, and see if it changes over time
So I went to the dealer and they are closed for inventory. Went to the parts store and got universal, ethylene glycol, good for aluminum engines. It only took a cup or so to get it up to the line. Like you said it will probably settle to a lower level as it seems many do.
My dealer told me the orange was the same as Dexcool but it turns out to not be the case. Here is a long thread on the 'discovery' of the type that it is.

Most antifreeze is an ethylene glycol. The difference is in the additive package to prevent corrosion. The original BRP coolant is a low-silicate, hybrid OAT additive package... What you got is probably compatible....
