This will be my first sled but i have ridden sleds for many years(as long as I can remember). I came across a 1999 summit X 670 for a decent price... The only thing that concerns me is the rubber is worn off the track in one spot and there are 4 lugs missing. I'm attaching a link to a picture because I couldn't figure out how to post a pic.

Also, are there many problems that this sled is known for. This wled has a new motor crank and up.
Thanks

Well after inspection of the picture I would ask you to reconsider buying this sled, I noticed that every bolt on the rear suspension is rusted badly. I had a 670x for many years until it was hit by a car driving down the highway. Those 670's are an excellent sled and motor, I did not have a single problem or did I ever have to do any serious maitenance on it. I would do some more probing into the background of this sled before I put down any doe, I would say, depending on mileage that 1500-2000 is a fair price for that sled. BTW those tracks are some of the tuffest in the market even today, If its been ripped like that I would really question here. Anywho good luck.ski-dooing rocks said:I'm planning on getting a new to me snowmobile this year. This will be my first sled but i have ridden sleds for many years(as long as I can remember).
