Waterproofing my Garmin Smartdrive

Waterproofing my new Garmin smart drive.
I found some great sealer that penetrates the joints, ya it won't be pretty when done but it should doo the job.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks Doo friends!

I was wondering if someone would say something, its an empty leftover gift card from christmas being repurposed as a glue spreader lol

I put clear packing tape over the memory card and port then covered with hot glue. I think this will water proof the GPS yet will allow me to scratch the tape and glue off if I need to. I also put a dollip of hot glue on the case screws.

Ummm ya $650 for an outdated Garmin Drive with VV mapping? No thx.

Yes..For my Drive 50. It works pretty well..Can be a bit difficult if it's sunny with glare, and you need to work out how your cable is going to exit (you can get angle adapters for mini-usb).

I plan to use it with my ATV this summer.
