DO a search their was a lot on this subject last year. But in short they can not refuse you warranty work because of amsoil legally. Besides all you would have to do is call Amsoil and let them know about it and they will be more than happy to fix your dealer.

was at my dealer yesterday, my buddy just picked up a new sled. Dealer told him he must run a higher grade of oil than mineral oil, preferably synthetic. Either DOO or ASMOIL (they sell both) would be fine.

What is a break in coating??

You said he won't warranty it next time....does that mean he warrantied it this time??
If so then how can he refuse it next time?

He just wants you to buy his oil it sounds like.
