upgrades?

I've got a '00 MXZ 700, all stock except for a 1" track and studs. I have to keep it for one more winter and was thinking of sprucing it up a little just to make it interesting again. Clutch? Reeds? Rings and pistons? Lean down a jet size? Gears? The motor to my knowledge is original, it has 7000km on it, 120 on each cylinder. What do you guys think? Or should I bite the bullet and save the money for the new(er) sled next year? I know it will never be an F7 (its far too reliable for that). Any thoughts are appreciated.
