dropped off in redfield yesterday. rode to osceola (cedar pine) over to salmon river rd. salmon river rd was in good shape. up to sears pond rd to the montague. over 200 sleds at the montague. then down to flat rock, counted 140 sleds there. then road over to the gorge, then to highmarket, the sportsmen, back to cedar pine and then back to redfield. about 90 miles alltogether. this was the first ride of the year for my dad. he is 62 and has had 3 back surgeries, and a bad neck. so i applaud him for any riding he does. we had a great time. tried to stick to the roads as much as possible. most trails were ok with some moguls and big rollers. the worst was leaving redfield, real boney. also flat rock road and centerville road were pretty rough. all in all a good day. but then again snowmobiling is like sex: when its good its good, and when its bad its still pretty good.
