Just wondering how you guys set up your 05 440 for trail use examples such as clutching and needle clip positon and jetting. Converting mine from race to trail on friday.

22.5 pilet jet
3rd clip on recomended needle
proper jets for your area
MUST remove pipe pre heat inorder to change timing curve!!!
dont be cheap with your oil that bottom end need good lube if your going to be trail riding it.

and you should be fine

I run amsoil interceptor, I think that should be fine.
