Thinking of taking Renegade rack off

I'm thinking of taking my Renegades rack off and finding a led light for it. The flat black plastic cover thats on the back of the sled I'm thinking of taking that off to, should I or shouldn't I and whats this cover for. Anyone have any Gades without ant racks on the back would like to see some be4 I take it off... I'm also looking for a clear gas tank to go on my Gade, Besides from Skidoo is there another place I can order them from. Thanks Matt

That's what I'm doing. Thinking about leaving the black plastic on the bottom though. Anyone done that?
