Taking seat off zx, how?

I took off the two nuts in the trunk for the rear of the seat but its still on up by the gas tank somehow, how do i get it off?

Loosen the ring around the filler neck a little, but all and all you have it. Un do the 2 screws and lift and pull the seat. Off it should come.

p.s. what out for the brake light connection after you get it off.

I have the two nuts off in the back but when i pull on it it slides like 1 inch then thats it. Or should i just use abit more muscle?

Try lifting the back of the seat up above the two bolts in the trunk and at the same time hit the back of the seat to the rear of the sled untill the front of the seat moves out from under the filler neck bezzel. It's a little tight but it will come off!
