I have a 1994 formula 583 stx and when i bought it the suspension seemed pretty low
i looked at the shocks and they were already adjusted as far as they can go
is there any other way i can adjust it so the rear end is higher?
or are my shocks blown......

ps. when i ride the mud flap rubs against the ground.... i am 160lbs.

have you changed the rear suspension springs? They are what control your ride height. not the shocks or shock springs. Also , how many miles on sled ,if rode rough they tend to get soft faster. Plus how much do you weigh.most likely you need to change the suspension springs.

There is a cam on the rear springs that can be adjusted for rider weight and comfort. As mentioned, maybe need those springs changed. Look in your manual for these adjustments
