I have an 06 summit rev 144 and I was wondering it there is anyone making full extension kits these yet. The only reason I bought a 144 is because I wanted to take it on a trip the next day and I didnt want to wait 4 days for them to put the 151 together. Now I know it would probably cost 2,000 to 3,000 to trade it in, so who makes what for howmuch? I would like to go to a 159 now. Thank you in advance.

Tunnel extension is easy because 144,151,159 use the same tunnel back to the cooler. All you have to doo is grind off the rivets and order the "end cap" and rivet it back on. I broke the back of my tunnel off my 151 and had to replace it. It was only 68.00 cdn. Now I think you may be able to use the same rails with an offset axle and big wheel kit (to go to a 151),but I am not sure on that one.

HERE IS ANOTHER WAY FOR EXTENSION KIT. ORDER THE DOO 159 RAILS PN 503191139, AND SLIDERS PN 503191140. PRETTY WELL EVERYTHING ON THE SUSPENSION IS THE SAME FOR 144-159 PARTS WISE. ADD THE TUNNEL END CLIP, YOU'RE DONE. OF COURSE , YOU STILL HAVE TO PUT A TRACK TO IT , BUT THE 06 159 TRACK IS PRETTY GOOD. JUST MY 2CW.

I've been told about $1k for a typical extension. If I don't buy a new sled, I'll be extending my 144" to a 156" with extros and 3 pitch track, plus a Holz suspension, etc. VanAmburg makes rails and tunnel ext. for this.
