I have a 2002 mxz800RER. Do i use BR9ECS or BR9ECS-5. My dealer tells me Brp now says to use BR9ECS-5. Dealer says BR9ECS are now for my wifes 04 GSX600 HO Sdi. Not sure what to believe.

BR9ES, work perfect and cheaper

you can use br9es, they will work fine. but i had been using br9eya's with great results, they resist fouling waaaay better, and are only about a buck a plug more, of course now that i run nitrous, i think i will have to switch to the br9ecs at 10 bucks a pop

BR9EYA are a great plug. I have used them for a few years with little fouling. I had a 02 mxz and now a 05 sdi and they work get in there. If you use BR9ECS do NOT gap them. Leave them the way they are!
