Want to be better to read my spark plugs, and and it would be intresting to share our experience. Picture is great, altitude og engine specs is necessary.

Mine: 99 Mach Z, mild porting, stock pipes, 40mm tm38, 350-350-350. 1500 feet.

Want to try 340-340-340

Don't have a pic of mine but those look good and safe. What's to say you do go 340s and then it gets colder out then your very lean. If that is your base jetting I would go up/down only if you are racing and need every bit of power or else just change jets when temps change drastically. Good luck

Was the picture taken after a hard pull?
Center is leanest and looks like you have too much timing for the fuel you are using.
Far left plug is what you should shoot for in a trail sled.

Far right isn't the same plug as the other two, what's with the long electrode???

There is 2 BR9ES and 1 BR9EYA

315doorider:

I just try to figure out the main jet setup. And read the plugs.
The trail was on the lower part of the mountain, and it was quite cold that day so i think thas was the worst condition i think.

The wheather will only be warmer and the altitude higher.

Is it a bad idea to get down #10 on the mains? And then fine tune the mains?

Gaboon:
The pic is taken 20sek after after a hard pull.

The timing is pre set stock 99 Mach Z. Running premium 98 RON
