Ski-Doo 850 Summit 2019 x 165 x 3.0 / 180# rider weight
Brent has a freeride and was disappointed with it. Could not get it to lift the skis and not happy with the clutching. Was considering selling and going to a 146 because this 165 was not playful and just unhappy with it. After going through a bunch of questions and his suspension setup, i made the suggestion about the next-softer rear torsion spring and a few other slight changes; that 165 will lift the skis good then. Brent said "ok im all in" and got the tools and kit and then the rest here is Brent's feedback.

Simply put the stock primary clutch spring back in.
You’ll be going from 100 start force to 170 pounds start force
Change to clicker #5
Add at least 1 full gram to make 8000 rpms again.
….go!

You could go do that for your next ride, hahaha.

Ski-Doo REV 800 Clutch kit. 2004 x 440 chassis with an 2002 x 800, with REV exhaust @ 7900 rpms.
121 x 1.75 w/19-45 gears.
Too bad the REV clutch parts [helixes] are discontinued. Darcy was the very last customer to buy a REV clutch kit off of me, the last Dalton helix for a REV made.
