Thanks for the feedback Grant.

We know on the dyno the Diamond-S made 150 rpms more than stock.

The Jawz cans made same stock hp.

Ive had feedback of HPS, GGB running good and not losing engine speed.

The bikeman lost 400 rpms on the dyno and pipe surged 100 rpms.

The redline can lost 100 rpms on the dyno and sat at 7800

Logic statement

IF you get a can for next season, go out on the first tank of gas with stock muffler and confirm correct engine speed, after you commissioned the first ride or two of the season saying "yep, runs good" THEN change over to the can and see if it runs the same engine speed.

I already have the pulley specs a month ago from the race department so I know the stock clutching will be fairly the same, only a little more heavy pivot bolt weight compared to the 2021; other than that, all same, 994 ramps, helix springs, etc.

You'll see about 2700 engagement speed with this kit, AND can do up to around 20hp increase with the same kit. So can do +10 and +20hp with slight adjustments.

Cory. You can set the pinweight for 8000 feet at 21.9 grams, clicker #3. That pinweight will take you from sea level to 8000 feet
Remember that even on the 850 Turbo, for every 1000 feet over 8000, the engine loses 5hp.
165hp to 8000
160 @ 9000
155 @ 10000 = 19.8 grams in clicker #3
150 @ 11000
145 @ 12000
For Cooke then set for 10000 feet at 19.8 grams and you'll be able to go 9000[10000]11000 and not have to touch the clicker.

Here is the turbo kit for you
have a read of the description please.
I have tried engagement speeds down to 2200 rpms and what seems good all-around is 27~2800 because the engine has the torque to crawl around in the trees and good stop/start control and also for getting unstuck, you can "inch" the track, its sooooo smooooth of engagement, but when needed, crack throttle and whammo, 8 grand.

You'll have to figure out the elevation you ride the most at from 8 to 11k feet. The engine has steady power to 8000 feet, then every 1000 ft higher you lose 5hp.
So say you run 8000/9000 [9500 middle] 10000/11000
Set the pivot bolt up for 9500 feet and you'll have 8500~10500 and not have to touch the clicker.

HI Travis.
Run that 850 engine at 8000 rpms.
It has 165hp at 7900 and 165hp at 8000
The difference is 1 pound torque less at 8000
So you can run 8000 pull down to 7900 and back up to 8000. This will help when its over the hood and choking everything out, it will want to run harder with weight set up at 8000 than at 7900.

Your buddy’s sled has the 160/350 primary spring
To get lower engagement can simply go to the BRP 130/350 BRP#414916300 blue/pink. That will lower it around 200 more.

1000
The 414’s are the most aggressive ramp off the bottom end.
If you go to the 413, they will be less aggressive and more “revvy” off the bottom end.
The stock primary spring is a PL/YL 160/230
IF available, you can try 130/230 [brp 414689500) BL/YL, and or a 100/230 (414748600) YL/YL.
Only change the primary spring
