I am going to be installing Caliber ski guides, traction mats, etc on a Triton PR 187 in the next few weeks. I used the online configurator on Caliber's web site, which is great, but I'm looking for the layout dimensions when installing. How do you guys go about laying everything out dimensionally?

Trial and error. Nap128 and myself just did his on Tuesday. Laid everything out before we screwed anything down and just kept working scenarios until he found the combination he liked.
Do not try and lay everything out at nice right and or perpendicular angles, It will drive you nuts. We had to make three or four cuts as well to get the angles we wanted.

Just started the same process. Not sure either where to mount the turning sections.

I went through the same thing last year. Used a combination of caliber low pro grip glides and regular slide glides. It was a pain trying to lay it out, especially in the V section. I couldn't find any good info on dimensions for layout.
Keep in mind when laying it out: where you turn the skis......the distance from carbide to carbide is narrower where it tracks on glides, compared to when the skis are straight in line with sled.
