I have the premium led in my G4 and yes they are brighter but they lack ability to shine far ahead of sled and I have adjusted all the way up. They shine great in front of sled but thats about it. I have turned the bulb every which way but never found a happy medium. Found myself over driving the lights. I went back to my ZXE bulbs. I will sell my led bulbs if you are interested.

 

I have the Sii bulbs in my sled and they are better than stock by a long shot. I really like them but I still have a hole in my light pattern. Just like "sonny8s" stated center field of view lighting sucks on these sleds. It is more of a reflector design than a bulb design in my opinion. I also find myself over driving my lights.

Three different light bulbs and still the center field of view is poor so not a bulb issue.....I have over 4100 miles on poor lighting and I have just gotten used to riding with it that way.

 

I dont understand why they dont go with projectors, they already have them on the spyders, atvs and side by side. Its not like they are not already sharing many conponents...

Is your reference to the XS chassis or G4?

I can tell you the G4 lights are better than the XS regardless f which bulb you use. I could not get the XS to shine out in front of the sled as the upward adjustment was limited. I like the LED's better than Silver stars and other lights I've tried but would also like more light further down the trail. I no longer have to crack the throttle to get the light up like on the XS chassis but projectors would be the bomb.

For whats available I think the LED's were a good upgrade.

My 850 was a breeze to install. My 2014 gsx 800 se was a pita! Had to cut the rubber snow dust boots and I'm a little worried the bulbs may wiggle out over time with the way the retainer ring works. I feel they can easily slip out of place over time.

Ordered mine at the begining of January and still havnt recieved anything. I tried contacting SII via email,though Paypal, and repeated phone calls.

They will not respond. Theres no tracking info on Paypal.

Anyone else not get thier order?

Yes I ordered mine on 24-Jan and they were delivered yesterday. I also got an email with tracking info the day it shipped. When I opened it I was a little confused by the labeling (didn't actually say "Alpha" anywhere), and Shawn replied within 20 minutes to my email question.

The box came with a business card, assuming you have the same contact info?
