Can you buy just the supports for the ski Doo ice scratchers?

ATW Industries makes some really nice aluminum ones, that's what I use. Much more durable than the cheap factory plastic .

They are crap. Garbage. The steel scratcher tips wear through the plastic mount in days from vibration. Hit any kind of ice chunk, get skid in a rut, trench into the unknown, and these cheapies will bend/break. Even without rough stuff, vibration will cause the cheap plastic mount to wear right down to bolt, which is also crap. Buy some good mounts, and use fuel hose over the scratcher tip to keep it from wearing through the mount. Use a hardened bolt, the ones used for XS idler wheel axles are excellent, correct length and diameter, you just need to grind away the flange so they fit into scratcher mounts.

The stock ones work ok and will not wear through in a few days. Many of us have them and have used them for years and none of us have had them wear through from riding.

However, they do sometimes bend or break if you hit something though. That may not be a bad thing since if you hit that hard bending the support is better than bending your rails.

There are aftermarket ones available on eBay, from IBEXX, and ATW Industries.
