Tried to remove the labels on my knee pads and tried a couple of things. Finally ended up using paint stripper and they are now toast. I would have been better off painting them black.

The best thing to use to remove them is acetone, have done a lot of them using it and there is no problem with the knee pad after. -- Bill

Used paint stripper last YEAR and I have had no problems. Perhaps I used a less agressive stripperr or didn't leave it on as long.

here is a long shot...

leave them on, they are there for a purpose... and I find they do not hinder my riding style at all... never had it get in the way yet...

Acetone or Carb cleaner works best, just let it soak for a few minutes then wipe off. Use goof off for the left over glue.
