OK, I have a 2004 MXZ 800HO X model. Big John Trail Torquer kit, stock clutching, Geared down 2 teeth, aftermarket can. No other engine mod's. On the lake @ 15 Deg F. About 100mph (indicated) Topped out, the best I saw was 7500 rpm's. Is this about right??

I dont know any thing about your bj trail kit, but you should be holding 8,000 r's to make the best power i think. You could try uping your clickers on yur clutch two numbers to get closer to that 8,000 mark. Two teeth down might slow your top end down?
