Just a quick question here, I've got an '05 Adrenaline & bought a steering post, riser & handlebars from a wrecked '05 X, I want to run the '06 medium height windshield with them. I'm obviously going to leave the hand guards off, my question is can I run the steering post in the forward position with the taller windshield, or do I need to put the steering post in the rear position? I'm using a 4" riser block. Thanks.

I would leave it in the rear position. If you put it in the front it may be forward to much

Rear....your brake lever will hit....it probably will even in the rear postion with your risers adjusted. Mine does....barely

with 4" I think you should be ok...

sucks to be 1.5" further back just to keep from hitting the windshield...

I put on a 2" in the rear postion (I have no front position) but pushed the bars forward almost to the front position and I miss the mid height shield by 1/2"

so I am "assuming" 4" should be enough- get a pivot to be sure-
