Don't think the dealers have the ring gears yet. There is new mapping rumor out there but my dealer hasn't heard anything!!
The ring gear whether it be an 05 or 06 Mach or Gade needs replacing. IMO ALL of the ring gears need to be addressed as I have heard of many Rev's coming apart at WOT. They do not have the new ones yet but a look at Evil Doers 07 Mach pictures show what he described as a billet ring gear. Last year there were several Machs having the ring gear coming appart.

The recall in 05 was for the non ES where they had a smaller diameter ring gear on them. They obviously experienced breakage problems and had all non ES equipped with the bigger ones on the ES. Problem was and as I found out the hard way the bigger ring gears were a problem to and they broke and caused damge to the sled and myself. This has happen to more then me regardless of what your dealer may tell you. You must get a new ring gear on ALL Machs and Gades or chance this happenning and you dont want to see the results

I just called my dealer, thanks guys. He said same thing, parts are not in yet. I do not have electric start. How does the ring gear come off should I decide to remove it? I have not looked at the clutch yet. From the pic above it looks like it's just bolted in place.

To take the ring gear off is just undoing the torque screws on the back. They should be lock-tited in so it will be a bit of work but not to hard. The recall for all Machs and Gades said not to drive your sled or if you do drive it remove the ring gear so do yourself a favour and remove it if you think you are going to ride it. It is not worth the consequneces.
