If anyone has someone they hate, pay them to change the small oil lines in a rev with OEM lines from ski Doo. I’m heating them, trying to widen end a bit with an awl and the heat. Any other ideas?

Well I actually got them on, I had struggled for about an hour before posting but then got both on with in 10 minutes. For me it was all about getting my hands in te right place, needle nose pliers to start it in the nipple, nipple, nipple. heated them, placed an awl in both ends while heating and moved the awl in further as they heated. Have to have the pliers just about 1/8” from the end of the hose while starting it otherwise the hose will just buckle, and start the hose on a 45 degree angle to the nipple.😀

I agree. I had concerns of snapping off a nipple when trying to slide them on. Heat and oil helped a bit.

put end off oil line in boiling hot cup off water for 30 seconds, will slide rite on without damaging line with heat.
Been doing it that way for over 20 years, no issues. Doo mechanic showed me long ago.

^^^That sounds like a good idea. Myself, I’ve always held them about 3/4” above the flame of a lighter for a few seconds, just until the cut end of the line starts to change shape. Then quickly shove it on the fitting all the way. Once it cools you can’t pull it off.

Thanks, I will try that next time. Yes, definitely do not use a torch or open flame to heat the lines. I set the lines in front of the ceramic heater with the awls in them.

Well I’ve done it literally 100 times without issue so there is that. I didn’t say turn it into jello with the flame.
