Replacing side panel due to an unfortunate incident lol. The foam insulation that is stuck on the inside peels right off the old one but is not sticky enough to stick back on to the new one. What kind of glue to use? Also, should I put some of the reflective tape on to keep the heat from damaging the side panel(the inside of the original is covered in it).

Go to local automotive store and get 3m general spray adhesive spray the foam with it two coats then push on. Can also get aluminum tape there also 3m.
