There's about a million threads here, try searching. Here's one I started, has a few good points I think. One thing I don't think I mentioned is use thin clear packing tape to wrap the cork before pushing the grips on. It keeps it from ripping and helps the new grips slide over better. The way I did these my bars are so hot now that I can't run it on high for too long. It will burn the heck out of my hands. I love it!
I wasn't kidding when I said add the foam after. In case you can't figure it out, you can't shoot the air through once you fill the bars with foam. So simple and I screwed it up on myself!
