The location of the 5 amp fuse for the heated shield plug is ridiculous to get to if it should ever blow, as you have to remove the hood to access it. While I had the hood off, I relocated the fuse down by the coolant tank, by using a ATM fuse holder extension I found at Princess Auto. It plugs right into the original ATM type mini 5 amp socket up under the steering post, and extends 12" to a standard size ATC/ATO fuse. Now I don't have to remove the hood for access. BTW--I cut the extra lead off of the extender. (Sled is a 2016 Blizzard 800 etec)
