i have the seat, riser w/strap, studs and flat metal brackets. (everything-I think)

I am unsure about two things:

1) the flat metal bracket goes on the top side of the tunnel, correct?

2) can I use 1/4" stainless steel bolts/washers/nuts to secure the flat metal bracket to the tunnel (instead of rivets)

cant find a pdf file online to save my soul.

TIA for any advice/help

yes it goes on top.
could you SS bolts, but might get some dissimilar metal corrosion. Aluminum rivits would be best.
pic attached. Front two holes should be marked with a dimple on the frame. I used to have instructions, but must have deleted them.
hope this helps. phppnr0u6PM.jpg
