Like the title says. If my rpm's are under 4500 and I try to switch from high beams to low beams (or vise versa) all the dummy lights flash, needles go to zero and the sled beeps twice. Can't figure it out. The headlight mode does successfully switch but the sled acts like its just been restarted. No loss of power engine wise. Anybody have this issue before??

Sounds like the high/low beam switch is causing a temporary interruption in the current flow. A healthy circuit can handle an interruption, but a significant interruption on a weak system can spell trouble. Start with measuring the primary system voltage at the battery and clean the switch, then go from there.

Mine has done this since day one minus the beep. Only happens when I am at lower rpms, not when I am actually riding. Lights go away if I rev it up. No e start or battery on mine and 4700 miles later still working ok
