Just so I get this right, this is an aftermarquet set up to replace the standard usual chain case right ??

And, there's no cover preventing ice and snow from getting in there ??

If that is the case, I can see the benefit of noise and weight reduction but all you need is some chunks of ice in there and it's game over. No to mention, the way above average power of a 850 Turbo.

There was a cover, I removed it to work on it. A part failed that holds the bottom gear in. Definitely should have been something a bit stronger, may have worked on the NA 850’s but I feel the turbos will have more surges on and off the power.

Spent all last night fixing it, two trips to Laramie at an hour drive. Did everything I could to install it as good and tight I could get it. Unloaded this am and almost instantly the plug fell out. I still had the cover off to see if it was holding. Don’t get it because we spent the whole first day in the trees riding so I know I had force on it, went the second day, and now the third day.
