This past winter was my first time using a rev. Put a little over 700km's on it. The one thing I probably hate the most is the amount of rattle my panels have, so bad that after a long day of riding the sound is imprinted in my mind as I try to fall asleep. Is this rattling normal for a rev? Are there ways to fix it? What have you done to fix the rattle or have you not noticed it?

side panels dont usually rattle

sometimes ski loops, windshield, and airbox will rattle a little at idle

put a new belt on it.. maybe your secondary is rattling from an hour glassed belt

(burnt on one spot)

WOW! Took a good look at my windshield and I have a little crack on the right side, gave the shield and little flick and man does it ever rattle. Hopefully when I take it off the rattling stops. I'll be sure to check the belt next, thanks a bunch

Stick on foam tape on the tunnel under the air box.
Some of those dime sized felt pads for furniture on the bottom side of the hood where it contacts the top of the headlight.
