I would say it depends on what you mean by over torqued

A little I would say probably no. If you put an impact gun on them I would say it could do some damage

Biggest issue is stripping the cylinder. My other thought would be distorting the sealing surface against the cylinder but I would say you would have stripped the cylinder or fastener first.

If I remember correctly they only go to 48 in/lbs. If they are sealing leave them alone or you could wind up opening up a can of worms.

another thing i have found with those brp bolts is if they are usually over torqued to much or such the threads start to spilt instead of doing damage
