I remember this thread bieng on here in the past and was wondering how some of you fixed the problem. I went as low as trying a cat cap and it still leaked. My 04 800ho leaks and my wifes 04 600ho both are revs.

I deleted the oil injection and oil tank alltogether. That seems to be working pretty good so far

Rotax...Do a search "Oilcap" or "leaking" and all the past threads will come up.

Put a Artic Cat cap on...Yep Artic Cat will not leak
The seal inside the cap can be flipped over, also do not overtighten. I did both and it worked pretty good. Every once in awhile a teenager helps me with the oil and the problem comes back.

Can you post pictures/details of your kit. I would be interested if you have solved this problem!

I put Artic Cat oil cap on mine no leak. I think I even go faster. Kidding. Go with the Cat cap.
I did try the cat cap but still leaks, Im also interested in seeing pics of your invention to the problem.
I put a cap from an old S-chassis on and it never leaked again.

pull the seal out of the cap, and reinstall it up-side-down.........worked for me!
I did like many others have done and used the old S-chassis oil cap, no more leaks. Any idea why Doo changed cap styles and started using the non vented piece of crap on the Revs?
