OEM TUNNEL PROTECTION QUESTION

503 Views 5 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  jpr-racing
I bought the OEM tunnel protection (06 Mach Z) and it has a large tappered area at one end. Does this end with the tappered area go up front? I used to cut a small angle at the rear as well, does everyone still do this? I plan on running 192 1.175 Woody trail studs.

Thanks in advance.

Make sure the ones you have are the real tall ones, I ran the aftermarket ones that are taller than the DOO ones and still got some scrapes!!!Only on hard landings , and got a few up front from LAKE pulls. But those scratches are gone after DOO warrantied my tunell!!!!

and make the angle at the back, you woldnt want you track getting caught on them on a hard landing.
