My local Dealer (who finailly figured out how to use the phone!! Yeah!!) Called me today to tell me that they called Ski-Doo and where told there there are no outside Idler Wheels made that fit the 06 Renegade - only the 4th Idler wheel for the rear axel.
This came up due to confusion as to what size would be needed for the outside yellow in black Idler wheels.
True?
If not true? why would Ski-Doo mess this up?

2 1/2 weeks ago i ordered a set of extra idle wheels and when they came in they were to small so they said they would order the correct size, i still have not heard from them yet???????????????????

The 2005 SC-4 skids had 141 mm idlers. The 2006 models have a 147 mm idler. You can buy these idlers for the outside in yellow or silver (that I know of) and you can also buy the black inners and install them on the outside. There is also a place on the skid to install an extra set.

The same as the other idles on the sled and you need the brackets and bolts and caps....... should be a no brainer for a dealer. If they can't figure it out go to the Doo website get the part numbers yourself and give to your dealer to order.

hey - Thanks for the Info!!
I was thinking about the same myself - the Renegade already has one set of them installed from the factory!
every since I decided to buy a Ski-Doo the Ski-Doo Web site does not like me. I can look at 2, maybe 3 pages and that is it!

Ok - now I'm told the 06 Renegade takes bigger outside idler wheels than 06's. 147 mm.

Larger than the 05's yes...... the part numbers I gave you are from an 06...........
